                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXTEND
                   THE AGREEMENT WITH McAULIFFE, KELLY &
                   RAFFAELLI (MKR) TO PERFORM FEDERAL LEGIS-
                   LATIVE, LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ON
                   BEHALF OF THE CITY FROM APRIL 1, 1993 UNTIL
                   JUNE 30, 1994 AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($60,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to extend the agreement with McAuliffe, Kelly & Raffaelli (MKR) 
to
       perform federal legislative, legal and administrative services on 

       behalf of the City from April 1, 1993 until June 30, 1994 at a
       cost not to exceed $60,000.00.
